Create multilevel menus
Megamenu settings give you big possibilities to customize the menu after your brand and your website. The megamenu allows links to be encapsulated under another one to create a megamenu structure. The content in the menu kan be editet whenever you want in WordPress CMS.
The main menu is editable in WordPress. This means that everything with a URL can be added to the menu including all internal and eventually external links that are required.
OBS: The structure of the megamenu does not affect the webbadress structure
You can add up to five subobjects to each category.
If the megamenu is activated the switch will be blue
and subobjects are shown.
Subarticles work the same way as subcategories.
When you click on a subpost you see this:
Image: You can choose to add a picture in your dropdown menu at the top of the website. It will look as down below
Image – mobile: For if you want images in the menu when visitors are using a mobile phone.
Emphasized item: Just like it sounds, it’s to emphasize a specific page. Like in the image below, an emphasized page your visitors easily can access. And just like with ‘Image’ you can easily choose the same alternative for the mobile version of the menu if you want.
And like with all changes it can affect the structure on your entire site so if you feel unsure about something: Ask you CSM!
